Welcome to Sacred Heart School, “A Catholic School of the Arts”. As Principal I am pleased to serve our community and I look forward to getting to know all of the families.

Sacred Heart School has provided educational and faith development to the community of Wetaskiwin since 1901. This long history, and our strong ties with the church and parish have provided the backbone of our ultimate mission, “Bringing Children to Christ.”

We are on the leading edge of instructional techniques for our children. We use the arts in our classrooms to provide differentiated instruction in the multiple intelligences. Simply put, not everyone learns in the same way. But when music, art, movement, drama, are used as a part of the instruction of the core subjects, it is to the benefit of all learners.
